Natalie Cursio – Choreographer, Educator

Natalie and I have never worked together, however I did take photos of a recent work of hers, and through a Google search, she found my site. The reason I want to link to her here is that her website is an exceptional example of what an artist’s online portfolio can be. Enjoy!

Edward Dowling - Stage Manager, Tech Wiz, Business Partner

I studied with Ed at the Victorian College of the Arts. Whilst studying, Ed and I created and fostered a number of very inspirational ideas, such as MiWiFi and ArtistSpace. Ed and my work is ongoing. This is Ed’s blog and website of past work.

Marita Fox – Director, Producer & Actor

Marita and I worked together on Waterproof, and exploration into the subconscious, held at the Melbourne City Baths in April of 2010. I designed the Lighting with Marita who was not only the director, but also stared in the play.

David Haidon - Stage Manager, Set Designer and Builder

David and I studied at the Victorian College of the Arts together. We worked together on the VCA Dance Season “Transmutation” where he was the Stage Manager. This is his website and blog.

Carl Nilsson-Polias – Writer and Actor

Carl and I  both studied at the Victorian College of the Arts. We worked together on some projects for the Victorian College of the Arts Student Union, and also on two shows. Carls personal website, and his joint venture spark online host some amazing reviews and comments on theatre culture.

Katie Skillington - Freelance Theatre Designer

Katie is yet another classmate from the Victorian College of the Arts. She is a theatre designer, and unfortunately Katie and I never worked together at the VCA. This is her professional website, showcasing her work. Very much worth a look!

Tom Willis - Lighting Designer

Tom and I worked together on several occasions at the Victorian College of the Arts, on shows including, VCA Dance’s “Space Invasion”, and VCA Drama’s “Cleansed”. This is Tom’s professional website, showing his past and upcoming work.

Chris Wenn - Sound Designer and more

Chris was a postgraduate student at the Victorian College of the Arts in my final year. Chris and I were lucky enough to work with each other on the end of year VCA Dance season of “Transmutation”. I think I will leave it there, Chris will understand. This is his website that covers his rants pretty much. I’m hard on him, but this site is a great read!

toilet art!

A great piece of graffiti.

I started this blog on March 15th 2008, one day before my 21st birthday. I have always liked the idea of having a public blog, and have held a few free ones here and there, but its not quite the same as having a domain name and your own hosting. On this blog I hope to share my experiences in a wide range of fields, roughly including technology, politics, travel, the arts and general observations on the world around me. Please feel free to comment, question, correct and argue with me.
